Terms of Service
Effective October 7, 2026
1. Who we are
Ravenwood is a hosted work board made by Ghost Labs, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("Ghost Labs", "we", "us"). These terms apply to Ravenwood Cloud: this site, the workspaces under it, the Ravenwood apps when they connect to a Ravenwood Cloud workspace, and the AI connector each workspace offers. By making an account or a workspace you agree to them. If you use Ravenwood for an organization, you agree for that organization and confirm you may.
2. Your account
You sign in with an account from a provider we support, such as Google, Microsoft or GitHub. Keep that account secure: anyone who can sign in to it can sign in to Ravenwood as you. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account.
3. Workspaces and your content
What you and your team put in a workspace (boards, items, notes, Checklist steps, contacts and files) is your content, and you keep every right to it. You give us only the permission we need to store it, show it to the people and AI connections you allow, back it up and run the service. We don't sell your content, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
A workspace's owners decide who is in it and what plan it is on. Owners can export everything as JSON or Markdown at any time, and can delete the workspace (see section 8).
4. AI connections
You can connect AI tools (for example Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot or Gemini) to your workspace. A connection signs in as you and acts with your board rights. What you allow an AI tool to read is sent to that tool's provider under their terms, not ours, and you are responsible for what you ask it to do in your workspace.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Ravenwood to break the law or anyone's rights; to store or send malware; to harass people; to probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission; to get around plan limits or another workspace's access; or to put heavy load on the service on purpose. We may suspend a workspace that does any of these. A suspended workspace is closed but not deleted, and its owners can contact us.
6. Plans, payment and renewal
Free is free. Pro and Team are subscriptions at the prices shown on this site when you subscribe, billed monthly or yearly in advance, and they renew automatically until canceled. Team is billed per person, with a minimum of 3. Payments on the web are handled by Stripe; subscriptions bought in the App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Prices don't include taxes, which are added where required. If we change a price, we'll tell owners at least 30 days before it applies to their next renewal. Canceling and refunds are covered by our Refund and cancellation policy.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Ravenwood running and your data safe, but we don't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or add features. If we remove something a paid plan depends on, we'll tell owners first. If we ever stop offering Ravenwood Cloud, we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data.
8. Ending
You can stop using Ravenwood at any time. An owner can delete a workspace; it stops working at once and can be restored for 7 days, then it and its data are erased. Deleting a workspace paid for on the web cancels its subscription right away (an App Store or Google Play subscription must be canceled there). We may end or suspend access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or where the law requires it, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
9. Disclaimers
Ravenwood is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Ghost Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of Ravenwood. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us for Ravenwood in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, or the federal courts for the Northern District of Ohio, will hear any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it there.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. For a change that matters, we'll tell owners at least 30 days before it takes effect. Using Ravenwood after that means you accept the new terms.
