Privacy Policy
Effective October 7, 2026
This policy explains what Ghost Labs, LLC ("we") collects when you use Ravenwood Cloud (this site, its workspaces, the Ravenwood apps connected to them and each workspace's AI connector), why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Your account. When you sign in with Google, Microsoft, GitHub or another provider we support, we receive your name, your email address and the provider's account identifier. We never see your password.
- Your workspaces. What you and your team put in them: boards, items, notes, history, Checklist steps, contacts and anything you import. Workspace content is encrypted at rest.
- Membership and plans. Which workspaces you belong to and your role, each workspace's plan and seats, and when you were last active.
- Payments. Stripe processes card payments. We receive a customer ID, the subscription's plan, status and dates, and invoice totals. We never receive or store your card number. Purchases in the App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google, which send us the subscription's status.
- Feedback. If you send a bug report or feature request, we receive its text, any screenshots you attach, your email address and the workspace it came from.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes the requests your browser and apps make, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service. For rate limits we keep only a keyed hash of your IP address, not the address itself.
How we use it
To run Ravenwood: sign you in, show each workspace to its members and the AI connections they allow, bill subscriptions, answer support requests and feedback, keep the service secure, and understand overall use (such as how many workspaces are on each plan). We don't sell personal information, show ads, use tracking or advertising cookies, or use your content to train AI models.
Cookies
We use only cookies the service needs: a session cookie that keeps you signed in (30 days, renewed as you use it), a short-lived cookie that protects each sign-in, and, in the Ravenwood apps, a cookie that tells this site which app is showing it. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts Ravenwood and stores workspace data.
- Stripe processes web payments.
- Apple and Google handle subscriptions bought in their stores.
- Your sign-in provider (Google, Microsoft, GitHub or another) confirms who you are.
- AI tools you connect receive what you let them read in your workspace, under their own terms and privacy policies.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect people or the service from harm, or as part of a sale or merger of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
How long we keep it
Workspace content is kept until an owner deletes it. A deleted workspace can be restored for 7 days, then it is erased. Your account details are kept while you belong to a workspace; ask us and we'll delete them. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Feedback is kept until we've dealt with it and archived it.
Your choices and rights
Owners can export a workspace's data as JSON or Markdown at any time and delete the workspace. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to explain what we hold, by writing to contact@ghost-labs.com. Depending on where you live (for example California, or the European Economic Area and the UK), you may have further rights, including to object to or restrict some processing and to complain to your data protection authority. We'll answer within the time the law sets. We don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Security
Each workspace runs in its own isolated database, content is encrypted at rest, sessions are stored only as hashes, and all traffic uses HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we'll tell you as the law requires.
International transfers
Ghost Labs is in the United States, and Ravenwood's providers may process data in other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
Changes
We'll post any change here and update the date at the top. For a change that matters, we'll tell owners before it takes effect.
